Great place to live
Neighborhood is quiet and clean, love the property manager as she is responsive and attentive. Little more in pricing but... worth it. Love the floor plan unlike many new town homes that consist of just a garage on main floor, floor plan is open so move was easier. Read More about Great place to live

A quiet and well managed property
My daughter and I have lived at Madrone for seven months now. I am very satisfied with property management--they respond... quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the maintenance of the property--every maintenance request I submit is taken care of promptly.
