No, but we do need permission to enter if you will not be there. We do require pets to be put away if you will not be there while the work is being completed.

We have 3 maintenance technicians shared between 6 properties. Someone is on-site at some point throughout the day.

 We have several dog waste stations around the property and open grass areas.
