No, but we do need permission to enter if you will not be there. We do require pets to be put away if you will not be there while the work is being completed.
You will need to call a locksmith. Our maintenance team does not help with lockouts.
As long as it doesn't damage the property or violate any lease terms.
We have several dog waste stations around the property and open grass areas.
Yes, everyone has a garage. We have several guest parking spots throughout the community that are first come, first served.
Washer and dryers are included in some townhomes.

Because we require the Renters Legal Liability, we do not require renter's insurance. However, we highly recommend renter's insurance.
We charge monthly for water, sewer, and trash. You are required to put power and gas in your name.
We provide the contact information for Murray City Power and Enbridge Gas. You can call them or set it up online.
Our internet and cable is required and is through Fastel and Directv.
Guests are allowed. If they will be staying long term with you, you need to discuss with management.

Our termination fee is 2x the monthly rent, and we require a 60 day notice.
